Payment cannot be verified

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full before your order is packed and dispatched.

Orders are packed with care and dispatched within our advertised processing times.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.

Once your parcel has been lodged with the courier, Pout With Purpose is not responsible for delays outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information regarding damaged items, faulty products and change-of-mind purchases.

Due to the mystery nature of our bundles, refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind or dissatisfaction with mystery contents.

8. Liptember Fundraising

During promotional fundraising campaigns, eligible products will contribute the advertised amount or percentage towards the Liptember fundraiser.

Donation offers apply only to participating products and promotional periods.

9. Allergies & Product Information

Our bundles may contain skincare, cosmetics, bath products, fragrances, confectionery and wellness items.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient labels before use or consumption.

If you have allergies or sensitivities, please leave a note at checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed due to the mystery nature of our bundles.
