At Pout With Purpose, every bundle is thoughtfully curated, beautifully wrapped, and packed with love. Because our products are mystery bundles, every unboxing is designed to be a unique surprise.

🎁 Mystery Bundle Policy

By purchasing a mystery bundle, you acknowledge that the contents are selected at random from our curated collection. While we carefully choose every item, products, colours, scents, flavours, brands and accessories will vary between bundles.

For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Receiving products that differ from another customer's bundle
• Product preferences (including colours, scents or flavours)
• Duplicate items received in separate orders
• Dissatisfaction with the mystery contents

Images shown on our website are examples only and are intended to represent the style and value of each bundle.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item(s)

If approved, we'll happily arrange a replacement, store credit or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Our bundles may contain skincare, cosmetics, bath products, fragrances, confectionery and wellness items. Please check all product labels before use. If you have allergies or sensitivities, you're welcome to leave a note at checkout. While we'll do our best to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed due to the mystery nature of our bundles.
